Monkey Daze...

you know those days where you just don't care about what people think about you? i totally had one of those today. it was so beyond amazingly fun and entertaining... haha. you have no idea. the best part was helping this kid in band to get better at playing... i'm gonna work with him on wednesday too. yay! i'm so excited. anyway, i stuck my tongue out at people when i was mad or frustrated. i smiled and yelled hello to people i like. i laughed out loud alot. i did whatever i felt like doing. that's always the best way to go..

We went to Colossal Cave today. It was Colossal. :) Honestly, while all the rocks inside looked cool and all, it wasn't too great. Since it was a guided tour, we had to stay in a group and didn't see that much. I would prefer to wander around looking at what I want to... but oh well. Anyway, I took alot of pictures while we were inside, but i like this one from outside the cave the best!


We also went up to the top of A mountain and just chilled for a while on the A. It was pretty bomb-diggity up there. You could see so much of Tucson... we found alot of places. We also got to watch the colors of the sunset on the mountains in front of us. I didn't get a picture of it though. *sigh* haha... oh well. Did you know that the A is made up of a ton of rocks? It's insane. Like, honestly I thought it was like some huge concrete thing. But it's a ton of rocks all together with concrete in between. And then it's been painted so many times that if you break off a chunk, you can see each indiviual layer of colored paint. We found a layer from when ASU painted it! haha.

Friends

You know those friends who are always there for you.. no matter what stupid things you say and do? They're awesome... I know. I have a few of them myself! They know who they are. People who always listen to what you have to say, even when they know you're totally wrong. People who don't care what others say about you. People who will wait for you to be picked up even when they're dead tired and have to walk home after. People who call you "just because". People who can tell when you're sad no matter how hard you try to hide it. People who keep your secrets. People that you can talk to anytime, anywhere, about anything... just let it all out. Ya gotta love them.
